Formland packed with Gastronomic Experiences

Trends and news within the world of gastronomy take center stage at this year's edition of Formland Autumn, featuring the culinary-oriented realms of Taste and Dining, along with a lineup of food-related workshops. The fair will take place at MCH Messecenter Herning from August 20th to 22nd, 2023.

Formland is much more than just design and interior – the fair also encompasses fashion and gastronomy. The latter is represented in the upcoming Autumn edition through not one, but two inspiring universes: Taste and Dining.

The vibrant marketplace, Taste, offers a veritable cornucopia of delicacies ranging from chocolate, coffee, tea, wine, beer, juice, and oil. Passionate experts share their knowledge here, and visitors can look forward to gaining insights into the latest trends of the season.

Elsewhere, at one end of the grand Hall M, Dining takes center stage, focusing on table settings and kitchen equipment. In this area, aesthetic interpretations of modern table arrangements abound, and visitors can explore a rich selection of quality kitchen utensils for both baking and cooking.

In the Trend Café, which has been transformed into 'Salon d'Amour' for this occasion and is located in Hall H, a variety of workshops unfold. Among them, visitors can anticipate meeting food writer and cookbook author Marie Holm, who will lead the workshop 'Love for Cakes – You'll Bake Again and Again'.

Industries Converging
The profound focus on gastronomy and related experiences at Formland resonates with Flemming Andersen, project manager at MCH A/S, who sees clear advantages in the fair embracing culinary aspects.

"We live in a world where otherwise disparate industries increasingly lean on each other, and sometimes even merge. This movement is something we aim to reflect at Formland. Therefore, the fair now also encompasses areas such as fashion, outdoor, and notably gastronomy," states Flemming Andersen, project manager at MCH A/S.

He expresses his delight at the continued strong support from partners and exhibitors, with more than 60 alone situated in the Taste hall.
