In the spring of 2023, [RE·ESSENCE] conducted a crowdfunding campaign on Denmark's leading crowdfunding platform: Coop Crowdfunding.

Coop Crowdfunding aims to bring conscious consumers and producers closer together and create future sustainable products.

The crowdfunding campaign for [RE·ESSENCE] exceeded expectations and marked the start of the first production. At the same time, the concept was tested by consumers.

"The response was particularly positive in terms of our ability to combine quality and Nordic design while also incorporating considerations for reduced transportation and plastic consumption in the product," says one of the founders, Henriette Holmgreen Thorsen.
