Danish design meets Nepali craft – a creative collaboration with Helle Limkilde

In LAYA’s latest dhaka collection, handwoven textiles from Nepal meet a touch of Nordic minimalism.

To highlight the handmade essence, we collaborated with Danish jewellery designer Helle Limkilde, who created a unique charm for each pouch and clutch. Made from antique glass and conch beads sourced in the Himalayas, the charm bridges design, storytelling and soul.

“It felt like adding an amulet — something intimate and honest,” Helle says.
