To safeguard our unique collection, we have now obtained design patents for all 10 of our figures from the Danish Patent and Trademark Office.
The application process required submitting five detailed photographs of each design from different angles. The Patent and Trademark Office then conducted a thorough market review to identify similar products – and found none.
This confirms that Maya Soele®’s designs are truly one of a kind.
In addition to the design patents, both our name and logo are trademark protected. We have also invested in official market monitoring to ensure ongoing protection against imitation or plagiarism.
