Wipe Out brewing is the name behind our organic and Danish-produced radlers. Our inspiration is rooted in surf culture, where freedom, community, and care for nature play a central role.
A Wipe Out brewing radler consists of 50% beer and 50% lemonade, making it a low-alcohol drink at 2.5% ABV that doesn’t compromise on taste, quality, or good vibes.
We are Helene and Kristine, two dedicated surfers passionate about creating opportunities for inclusive communities.
The idea for Wipe Out brewing came to life in late summer 2023, through a shared realization that there was a lack of a truly good, Danish-developed, and organic radler. Since we hadn’t found one yet, we decided to make it ourselves!
Our journey to develop the perfect radler began at home in our kitchen. With no prior experience in making lemonade or brewing beer, we set our ambitions high. The radler had to be the best we’d ever tasted (and we’ve never passed up a chance to test a radler), it had to be organic, and the quality had to be top-notch.
We’re uncompromising when it comes to flavor, quality, and the identity of our products. The market doesn’t need more standard solutions or mediocre products. What it needs is better products - for us and for the environment. We strive to develop Wipe Out brewing so we can always deliver only the very best.

Founder and ideamaker
I am one of the two creative minds behind Wipe Out Brewing. With a background in communication, community building, marketing, event management, and branding, I’m passionate about creating concepts that invite inclusive communities and presence in the moment. Inspired by surf culture, Wipe Out Brewing is built on a passion for nature, quality, community, and living in the now. I can't wait to share it with you!
