EMMA BÜlOW.
is the daughter of glassblower Pernille Bülow and sister of licorice king Johan Bülow. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and since she was very little, she always knew that she wanted to create something that was her own. Already when she was old enough to work, her mother introduced her to the creative environment at Glastorvet in Svaneke - and here a little girl blossomed with a lot of ideas, dreams and go-ahead. For Emma, ​​who grew up in a family that creates and thinks big, it has been natural to throw herself into a project.

The whole idea behind The Mallows arose as Emma herself has always loved the classic, cool "flipper". The small dolphin that you buy in supermarkets and that you can drag several centimeters long before you get a bite. The inspiration from the sweet dolphin got the young woman, who was only 23, thinking when she destroyed several kitchen machines several times in the attempt to make the first mallows with the perfect chewyness - and then she started the company The Mallows.

THE MALLOWS:
The marshmallows from The Mallows are your childhood snack reimagined in a gourmet version. Our dream has always been to turn mallows into a unique taste experience, and we stand out in particular with our texture and the many different flavor combinations.

Over the years, we have developed six different varieties of our Mallow Squares, and several times a year, we reinterpret some special limited editions. If you ask us, marshmallows and caramel go hand in hand—this was the starting point for our caramel-filled line, where the varieties are coated in the highest-quality Belgian chocolate. For those who appreciate love, we offer our delightful heart-shaped mallows with white chocolate and raspberry. Additionally, we have our crispy mallows: Crispy Dulce.

Our focus is to never compromise on quality, which is why, from our factory in Glostrup, we carefully select the finest, best, and most natural ingredients from around the world. This ensures the best taste as you savor each layer of our mallows. Since 2017, our marshmallows have been continuously perfected into what they are today: a gourmet experience beyond the ordinary.
