This chocolate is Wild Chocolate made from beans from the Amazon rainforest's wild cocoa trees.
This gives a very special taste that is very mild and at the same time contains many flavor nuances. Most people will be able to taste the difference to regular chocolate produced from cocoa from plantations.
This variant has cocoa nibs added. These are very small pieces of chopped cocoa beans. The cocoa nibs do not add any new flavor in themselves, but the very small pieces affect the mouthfeel, so that more of the chocolate's flavor tones are perceived. The chocolate therefore tastes different than the product "62%" (Without nibs).
Wild Chocolate is probably the only chocolate in the world that can be praised in terms of sustainability and climate impact.
