This chocolate is Wild Chocolate made from beans from the Amazon rainforest's wild cocoa trees.
This gives a very special taste that is very mild and at the same time contains many flavor nuances. Most people will be able to taste the difference to regular chocolate produced from cocoa from plantations.
This variant has coffee nibs added. These are very small pieces of chopped roasted coffee beans. They add flavor notes of coffee, but certainly not a dominant flavor of coffee. The very small coffee nibs affect the mouthfeel, so that more of the chocolate's flavor notes are perceived than if they were not there. The chocolate therefore tastes different from the product "62%" (Without nibs).
Wild Chocolate is probably the only chocolate in the world that can be praised in terms of sustainability and climate impact.
