This chocolate is Wild Chocolate made from beans from the Amazon rainforest's wild cocoa trees.
This gives it a very special taste that is very mild and at the same time contains many flavor nuances. Most people will be able to taste the difference to regular chocolate produced from cocoa from plantations.
At the same time, it is probably the only chocolate in the world that can be praised in terms of sustainability and climate impact.
It is available for use in the professional kitchen in several cocoa percentages, from 70% to 100%, and as "block chocolate" and drops/pellets.
