The trend zone called 'The Art of Living' reflects the art of being human, and it showcases three different abstractions of the home.
The Art of Living is the art of being human, and it showcases three different abstractions of the home, where ‘to live’ and ‘to be’ sustainable are merged into one kind of lifestyle. The home is our anchor in a world focused on the meaningful life. We must take care of the planet and our ethical compass points towards authenticity, intimacy and contemplation. As consumers, we want sustainable and aesthetic products with a long life cycle formed by craftsmanship.
Our global world generates information and opportunities 24-7. Therefore, contrasts are vital for our balance and wellbeing. We need nature to feel calm, smell the grass and hear the birds sing. We want to gather herbs, bake bread and reinvent ourselves as creative people.
When we return, the home is our base. It is a refuge where we can feel comfortable and be in sync with ourselves as well as the people with whom we have a community. Here we can live unfiltered and generously gather family and friends.
The Art of Living is divided into three different themes; 'A Sense of Your Inner Self' focussing on balance and wellbeing, 'A Feeling of Seduction' featuring personal expressions and 'A Touch of Togetherness' embracing the community. The colours are soft with a base of beige and warm shades mixed with a few colourful elements, while curtains, blankets and wallpapers underline the sensuous interior. Art, handicraft and fulfilling objects complete the harmonic and meaningful home.
