K.L. Plast ApS

The company K.L. Plast has been in existence since 2000 and was founded by two colleagues in the industry who wanted to create a production setup where the customer's requests for plastic bags would be customized rather than just offering a "standard" bag like so many others.

Today, K.L. Plast is a family-run business with four employees. We currently serve a customer base of nearly 500 companies, which includes more than 1,000 specific bag designs, as well as our own range of standard bags in A and C sizes.

Additionally, we maintain a large standard inventory of bags in various types, including block-bottom, cross-bottom, pointed, and diamond bags. Approximately 70% of our bags are produced in-house, using plastic materials such as polypropylene (PP), oriented polypropylene (OPP), and polyethylene (PE).

We offer a standard range of PP films in thicknesses from 35-60 microns, OPP films from 25-50 microns, and PE films manufactured based on specific customer requirements. We can produce bags in "almost" any width and length, with printing options of up to 8 colors depending on the task. Widths range from 30 mm to 1,000 mm and lengths from 40 mm to 1,250 mm.
