With the bowls from the Legio Nova range, you can toss fresh salad greens straight in the bowl, or serve slow-cooked oven stews. The Eva Trio pot lids are compatible for lidding the bowls, to keep dishes hot throughout your meal. Once your family has enjoyed a great meal, the lidded bowls can be popped straight into the fridge. This not only reduces the washing up, but also reduces food waste.
The Legio Nova bowl elegantly embraces all foods and cuisine. This serving bowl is decorative for fine dining and special occasions, and practical for everyday meals, too. The bowl is generously sized for versatile food presentation. Use it for salad, pasta, vegetables or as a fruit bowl, for example. Eva Solo A/S was established over 100 years ago. Today, the company is managed and owned by Jan Engelbrecht, who represents the fourth generation of the founder’s family. Jan’s mother is called Eva, and her father, i.e. Jan’s grandfather, is one of the company’s three former CEOs. It was Eva’s name that inspired the company’s name.
