Troels Schack is the owner of the design and furniture studio TAPGANG based in Aarhus. He is a cabinet maker educated from Herningsholm Erhvervsskole. All his furniture are designed and made by him, and the unique TV cabinet SKJUL is his debut as a furniture designer. TAPGANG utilizes sustainable materials with modern and traditional craftsmanship, working with the interplay of wood types to create a lively expression rich in contrasts.

End-of-life tires are made into rubber granules, which are pressed into the sheets the wheel hJulepynt are pressed out of.
hJulepynt are durable, hard-wearing and can be used indoors and outdoors.
hJulepynt is created to recycle some of the products we all leave behind – and to give waste a chance through delicious designs.
Every year, 40,000 tonnes of tires are thrown away - we give some of them new life with Christmas and Easter decorations

The majority of Trademark Living products have their roots in India in various ways. Durable materials and recycling are important elements of Trademark Living's DNA, and India inspires us and allows us to recycle, upcycle and re-produce without compromising our unique expression.
When we visit our suppliers, large areas are revealed with piles of for example, old doors, cabinets and wooden trolleys. It is like entering a treasure chamber, and we always feel like Aladdin in the magic cave - we never know which treasures are hiding.
