The core of KAOS is in the marriage of the three malts - malted rye, unsmoked Single Malt and smoked Single Malt. Living up to its name KAOS is matured in a forever changing selection of first-fill fortified wine and spirits oak casks and virgin American white oak barrels. Always evolving, always tasty.
TASTING NOTES
Cereals, apples, cinnamon, orange, and a hint of bonfire smoke on the nose. Rounded with sweet orchard fruits, citrus, toffee and vanilla on the palate. The finish has notes of chocolate, nougat, oak and lovely sweet smoke.

Founded by nine unlikely friends at an equally unlikely place on the
West Coast of Denmark, Stauning is Denmark’s first multi-award
winning whisky distillery.
We had no whisky secrets passed on aside of ‘cheers’ and with no
traditions of our own, we leaned on our curiosity, the best of the
past and what’s at hand.
All our whiskies are made using only locally harvested barley and
rye from the windswept fields near our distillery. We do our own
floor malting – like in the old days. T
