The stacking boxes are made of birchwood or Valchromat, dyed throughout in natural colours and glued with resin glue. The boxes are therefore moisture resistant and it is harder to see scratches on the surface.

The stacking boxes are laser cut, so over time the black color on the edges can wear off, which will only give the boxes a more unique and beautiful patina. After cutting, we polish them by hand and assemble them one by one. It is possible to apply treatment to the stacking boxes. For example, you can treat the boxes with mineral oils (food contact approved oil) and use them for food storage.
Material: Birch plywood and Valchromat – dyed, high density MDF. Valchromat consists of wood fibres which are dyed through with natural colours and then glued together with a special resin glue. This makes the wood extra moisture resistant.
