AMARI blev grundlagt i 2003 af to søstre - Lorella og Mariella Amari - i en lille toscansk landsby, Carmignano.
Lokale toscanske traditioner og en passion for håndlavet bagværk af de bedste råvarer er stadig det, der driver søstrene og deres virksomhed i dag.
I sortimentet har de et stort udvalg af biscotti - som både er de traditionelle cantucci mandelkager i forskellige varianter og andre udsøgte italienske småkager - samt de populære Panettone kager.
