Notes from the Founder:
MOELLE was born while I was working in lumber production. I saw firsthand how much of a tree was wasted when only about 30% of its wood was used for lumber, and beautiful, smaller pieces of wood were left behind because they didn’t meet perfect standards. It made me rethink everything. Combining my love for food, clean living, and mindful design, MOELLE came to life and today I have the joy to present you a collection of essentials crafted to last, to nourish, and to inspire.
Inspired by the French word moelle, meaning the core, the essential, we design timeless pieces that honor simplicity, beauty, and purpose.
Each piece we create is a quiet celebration of natural materials, sustainability, and clean Nordic design. They are essentials made with heart, for the moments that matter most.

Elizabeth Monnet
Founder
Elizabeth Monnet is the founder of MOELLE and has a background in international business development and lumber production. Her encounter with the lifecycle of natural materials, combined with a passion for food, aesthetics, and functional design, led to the creation of MOELLE. Elizabeth works with a deep respect for nature and a strong belief that everyday objects can be beautiful, responsible, and made to last.
