Our granite plates come in three sizes, so that each one fits into the cutouts in the baseplates. The granite can be used as it is; put in the freezer and used for cold servings; or it can be put in the oven for an hour and used for frying directly on the table. The hot granite plate can be easily placed into the baseplates without burning the wood.
The granite comes from one of Bornholm's granite quarries and is processed by a local company. Here, the edges are slowly sanded, which gives the finished product a smooth and even surface.
