Relove and Roses is a Danish slow fashion brand that combines aesthetics, responsibility, and craftsmanship in colorful and feminine designs made from upcycled materials. Founded by Mia Staunsager in 2015, the brand was born out of a desire to make sustainable fashion accessible – without compromising on style, quality, or authenticity.
At the heart of each collection are vintage silk saris and hand-stitched Kantha quilts from India, transformed into modern and functional pieces. Each item carries its own story and is either one-of-a-kind or produced in small, exclusive batches. We believe in value over volume and celebrate the imperfect, the handmade, and the personal.
Our collections include:
• Kimonos in various lengths – for party and everyday wear, and for all seasons.
• Dresses and shirts that blend comfort, elegance, and joyful color – designed in flattering, effortless silhouettes.
• Bags crafted from leftover sari fabrics and quilted textiles – including totes, make-up bags and projectbags.
• Accessories that add the finishing touch – such as scrunchies, headbands, and scarf made from beautiful textiles.
All pieces are designed in Denmark and made in close collaboration with a family-run workshop in Jaipur, India. We share a deep respect for craftsmanship, fair working conditions, and mindful production across our entire supply chain.
Relove and Roses is made for conscious customers who seek something truly special – those who value authenticity, heritage, and sustainability. Today, our collections are available in select stores across Denmark and abroad, and we collaborate with lifestyle boutiques, and interior retailers who are looking for something meaningful and unique.
