In 2006 Charlotte & Tine started a small scale, handmade caramel production in the heart of Copenhagen and on the beautiful island of Bornholm.
All caramels are handmade & slow-cooked in our large copper kettle, for a deep and intense flavor and a rich and balanced taste.
It’s not just caramel – it’s a declaration of love for the craft, the taste, and, most importantly, for It’s Caramel by Karamelleriet from 2006 until today.
We infuse every single caramel with passion, every package with personality, and every variety with a carefully composed combination of flavors that bring out the best in each other.
