RO and AGERN are created with the desire to create calm in everyday environments. Islands of calm. Our body's daily life in the beta layer should be in calm balance in the beta 1 layer. Instead, we live more often in an overstimulated beta 2 layer, where the brain and body are at work. We do not get and do not have the necessary RO. It comes here.
