Laesoe Uldstue is owned by my wife and I and is based on Laesoe, a small island in Kattegat, between Denmark and Sweden.I am a former co-owner of Silkeborg Uldspinderi, which was then family-owned. In 2018, Anette and I bought Laesoe Uldstue. For many years, Silkeborg Uldspinderi Spinnery was a supplier to Laesoe Uldstuel of, among other things, plaids and duvets, so we had knowledge of products in Laessoe Uldstue, and a desire to try living on an island.We have wanted to exhibit at fairs in Denmark for a long time, but due to the pandemic and crisis, it is only now in 2023 that we will finally attend a fair.Laesoe Uldstue sells, among othe
