It was somewhat by chance that founder Rikke V. Stoltz became involved in the cannabis industry.
She entered as an advisor for a Danish large-scale cannabis production that needed the particular expertise that Rikke brings.
Her international management career at A.P. Moller-Maersk includes assignments in Switzerland and Brazil, notably as the overall responsible for Maersk Line's operations and terminal contracts in all 13 South American countries.
Educationally, she has completed several demanding programs at IMD in Switzerland.
In 2009, Rikke became a partner in Swire Blue Ocean, where she was overall commercially responsible for the world's largest wind turbine installation vessels.
At the same time she professionally entered the cannabis industry, she personally sought relieving CBD products for a close family member suffering from depression and anxiety.
In this context, she was shocked by the lack of transparency, inadequate certificates, and exaggerated marketing of the products available.
She found it necessary to create an alternative and decided to establish Green Heart of Copenhagen with the aim of helping as many people as possible benefit from the many beneficial effects of the hemp plant.
The non-negotiable requirement for all Green Heart of Copenhagen products is: "All our products must be of high quality and certified and tested in Denmark. We must be able to stand by the products, and we must feel confident buying these products for our own family."

Rikke V. Stoltz
CEO & Founder
Rikke is one of the few female entrepreneurs in Denmark who genuinely paves the way and inspires us with how we challenge ourselves and our society on a grand scale. She has given lectures, for example, invited by TED in Rome and as a substitute for Connie Hedegaard as a morning speaker at Aarhus University. Her general message is: WHAT can we all do to make a difference? HOW can we, step by step, influence the world around us in a better direction?! With a background from A.P. Moller, operational responsibility for Maersk Line in South America, and 18 years abroad, she has lived and worked in Denmark in recent years. Here, she is now a key person in creating opportunities for easier access to healing plants for many, such as those with chronic pain. Ethical and proper. Always.
