SKYGGE (Danish for 'SHADOW') is a handmade serving tray in solid wood, and it comes with either walnut or oak handles. It looks elegant from all angles, and the geometry of the handles makes the tray look like it's floating. When it's not in use it looks equally beautiful just being on the table, hanging on a wall or standing on the upright.

Troels Schack is the owner of the design and furniture studio TAPGANG based in Aarhus. He is a cabinet maker educated from Herningsholm Erhvervsskole. All his furniture are designed and made by him, and the unique TV cabinet SKJUL is his debut as a furniture designer. TAPGANG utilizes sustainable materials with modern and traditional craftsmanship, working with the interplay of wood types to create a lively expression rich in contrasts.
