For many people, Christmas is not exactly "The most wonderful time of the year". For some vulnerable families, Christmas is a major economic and social challenge, and some children do not find their Christmas wishes fulfilled.
That's why we shouldn't think twice either, when Skt. Petri hotels called and asked if we would donate bamboo Christmas ornaments to "The wishing tree".
Save the Children is behind the initiative.
Here, children from vulnerable families can fill in a Christmas ball with a name and wish, after which those who have the desire can fulfill the wish by buying the gift and putting it under the tree at Skt. Petri in Copenhagen. A child's Christmas just got a little more festive.
We are very proud of the collaboration, and are full of gratitude and love for being able to contribute to fulfilling Christmas wishes of vulnerable children in Denmark.
