Hr. Skov ApS

Hr. Skov is a Danish brand with a huge preference for the nature and its wild and fresh ingredients. With roots in West Jutland, where the sky, sea and coast are melting together in a unique natural scenery. From this magnificent nature – “the natures pantry” – your backyard, Hr. Skov is finding his inspiration and wild ingredients for the products.
In our own production kitchen in Esbjerg, we manufacture our products so we have hands in all the processes from farm to table. The wild ingredients we harvest in the nature around Blåvand and in the National Parks of Jutland, the nature here are rich in aromatic herbs and berries, such as bog myrtle, heather, sea buckthorn and ramson. All are harvested at its prime ripeness, then the ingredients are processed and added as significant and characterful parts of our products, such as aquavits, liqueurs, oils, mayonnaise, compotes, marmalades, spiced salts, beers, etc.

Our philosophy is high quality, transparency and sustainable products with wild ingredients and of course, Danish ingredients produced by specific chosen suppliers with the same respect for the end product.
