| The co-operation between the art and the business world in Herning has a very special story behind it. The story begins and has its origins in Herning Kunstmuseum’s exceptional Manzoni collection, which today provides the basis for the museums’ strong international profile. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The museum has 46 Manzoni works, which makes this the world's largest Manzoni collection. The collection includes Piero Manzoni’s masterpiece Socle du Monde (base of the world). The Manzoni collection today plays a very major role in attracting internationally recognised artists and knowledge society elite to Central Jutland to work. |
